Jennifer, Nancy and Judy set up at the Saugatuck Douglas Art Show July 6. They will be at another one July 27 in Saugatuck.
Wendy was fortunate to win 3 ribbons in the Lighthouse Quilt Show in Grand Haven the end of July, to which she is a member.
She got a first, second and third. The voting is by the public, one vote per category. She had a quilt in 3 categories. The cat was a Challenge Quilt for the Guild. It needed to be 30 inches square, with at least 30 different fabrics, a strip quilting piece and a special 30th Anniversary Fabric piece.
The moth is a freezer pieced with lots of different quilting on it. The swatch quilt with the colors is straight line quilted with a ruler.
